On-call Consultation
We begin with a detailed call to understand your water treatment requirements, site conditions, and project goals — giving us a full picture before any field work begins.
Site Visit
Our engineers visit the site to assess existing infrastructure, take measurements, and identify constraints — all of which directly inform the system design and drawings.
Execution
A three-phase process that takes your plant from design to fully operational:
- Shop Drawings — Layouts, equipment placement, and schematics reviewed and approved before work begins.
- Civil Execution — Tank construction, structures, and foundation works to form the solid base of your system.
- Electro-mechanical Execution — Pumps, blowers, membranes, and control panels installed and commissioned.
Site Handover
The operational plant is handed over with on-site training for your team. Includes complete PCB Documentation — as-built drawings, O&M manuals, and compliance records for all regulatory requirements.
